Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons Astra (or any similar margarine/butter)
  • 130g milk powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Chocolate balls or poppets (for filling)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture: Heat the milk in a pan and add the sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add Astra: Add the Astra (or butter) to the mixture and stir until it melts completely.
  3. Incorporate Milk Powder: Gradually add half of the milk powder and mix well, then add the remaining milk powder and stir until it forms a non-sticky dough.
  4. Shape the Balls: Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, break it into small portions and roll each into a ball. Place a chocolate ball or poppet in the center of each and shape it around the filling.
  5. Refrigerate: Place the balls in the refrigerator to set.
  6. Serve: Once chilled, serve and enjoy these delicious chocolate-filled treats!
